Terms & Conditions 
1. During the winter, the period of let will be from Saturday to Saturday, unless previously agreed. During the rest of the year arrival day is flexible but with a minimum stay of 2      nights.
2. A deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking. The balance being due 4 weeks prior to arrival or by prior arrangement on arrival. 
3. Should you wish to cancel your accommodation you must do so in writing. Your deposit will be retained until another booking equal to your booking can be arranged for           your reserved dates, or you will be refunded for the portion of the booking that has been resold. If no other booking for that period can be arranged your deposit will be               forfeited. 
4. If a cancellation is made after your final balance has been paid and within 6 weeks of your arrival date, a refund can only be made if we are able to re-let the accommodation      for your reserved dates. Your initial deposit will be forfeited in full. 
5. The client is required to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party’s personal belongings, public                liability, etc since these are not covered by the Owner’s insurance. 
6. We regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by a major incident. A major            incident is any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war,        riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellation, fire and all similar events outside our control.
7. In such an instance where the booking once paid in full, is then unable to go ahead as a direct result of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the balance of payment (the 80% payment)         will be refunded in full. The initial 20% deposit will be retained but will be redeemable as a credit for use in any future booking. This would be valid for a period covering the         remaining of the ski season the booking is for and also the following ski season. Should there be a monetary difference due to low/high season rates, this should be adjusted       by the relevant party (Chalet or guest). 
8. Please note, under no circumstances will the Owners be liable for any accidents, including damage or loss to guests’ property or the chalets at any time.
9. Arrivals are welcome at any time after 14.00 on the date your booking begins; check out on day of departure is before 10.30 am. Please state your arrival and departure                details on the Booking Form.
10. All breakages or damage must be paid for at the replacement value of the item. (Please notify us if you have broken anything as soon as possible so that we may replace it          in good time.)
11. Please do not smoke in the chalet, you are welcome to smoke in the gardens or covered seating area.
12. Clients (and party leaders) are responsible for personal behaviour during their stay. We reserve the right to terminate without written notice and liability the                             accommodation arrangements of any client who acts in a manner which is a) harmful to the reputation of the company b) is likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to     other clients, staff or a third party. After which we have no further contractual obligations with the client/s involved. The company will be entitled to recover from the clients     involved the cost of damages made to property belonging to the company.
13. The Owners also reserve the right to decline a booking without giving any reason and to terminate a rental for improper use or unacceptable behaviour.
14. Please have fun, but no noisy parties or other disturbance will be allowed. As the chalet is in a residential area, noise should be kept to a minimum between 12 am and 7 am.
