Service Package for apartments

Due to numerous requests from apartment owners we will offering a service package for apartments here in Bansko and the surrounding villages.

Within our package we will be able to offer the following services.

Ø      Key holding , plus handing over and collection of keys to/ from guests

Ø      Monthly Bill payments

Ø      Cleaning & laundry

Ø      On week long stays a change of towels midweek.

Ø      On 2 week stay, mid week towel changes and cleaning of the apartment at end of 1^st week.

Ø      Essential starter pack for guests (milk, sugar, bread etc)

Ø      Registration of guests at local police station.

As a small hotel, and the hotel being our primary business the one thing we cannot offer as a service agent would be the advertising of your apartment. But having said this, if we get enquiries for periods when we are already full or unable to accept bookings, we will be more than happy to pass enquiries onto apartment holders for whose apartments we service.

Some of the key benefits from the service we provide are:

 We can provide general information about the area with recommendations on restaurants etc.

A local English contact for guests whilst in resort. 

We can provide extra services for your guests if required, for which they should pay us direct. For example: Pre-arranging of ski / snowboard hire & tuition. Arranging transport for excursions.

Return airport transfers can be arranged.
